Born June 15, 1921 in Shelbina, Missouri, died April 20, 2015 in Dallas. She is survived by sons; Bart and wife Donna Smith and Tim Smith.
One Sister Anna Jean Foreman, 2 Grandchildren Lauren Stevenson and husband Ben Stevenson, and Derek Smith.
Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 25, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Wilshire Baptist Church of Dallas.
Interment will be at DFW NATIONAL CEMETERY.
