He was born December 17, 1944 in Collin County, Texas. He was an Army Veteran and a local mechanic for many years in Culleoka, Texas.
Travis was predeceased by his wifeTrellis, parents Tom and Alma Welborn.
Left to cherish his memory his wife and companion Neta Rogers Welborn, his son Moe and wife Rebeckah, his son Kelly and grandson Race and brother Tommy Welborn.
