Toby Scott Reagan

Toby Scott Reagan, 49, of Josephine, Texas, passed away on February 24, 2026, at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Plano, Texas. 

He was born on February 10, 1977, at Garland Memorial Hospital in Garland, Texas. Toby was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend who was deeply loved by those who knew him. 

Toby dedicated 27 years of service to the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD). 

He is survived by his loving wife, Diana Reagan; his son, Bryce Reagan; his brother, James Clay Reagan; and many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

 He was preceded in death by his father, David Reagan; his mother, Sherian Honea; and his brothers, Jerald David Reagan and Michael Wade Reagan.
