Tjhong Fat Siat (Kwan)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Tjhong Fat Siat (Kwan) who departed this life peacefully on July 8, 2025. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, a proud grandfather, and a man of strength, faith, and unwavering dedication.

Tjhong Fat is survived by his beloved wife, Siat Kie Lim who stood by his side through life’s joys and trials. Together, they built a beautiful family and shared countless cherished memories.

He was the proud father of five children, each of whom carries forward his legacy of strength, resilience, and love. His heart was also full with joy for his ten grandchildren, who brought him immense happiness and whom he adored dearly.

Known for his strong spirit and tireless work ethic, Tjhong Fat was a man who led by example. He worked hard not only to provide for his family but to teach them the values of integrity, perseverance, and compassion.

In his free time, he found joy in the simple things like riding his bicycle and lifting spirits with his singing.

His presence was a blessing to all who knew him. He will be remembered for his strength and work ethic.

Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in the lasting impact he made and the love he leaves behind.

Rest in peace, dear father. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
