Shauna Annakee Febrona Peart-Hodge

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Shauna Peart-Hodge, a devoted mother, wife, cherished daughter, and beloved friend, who left this world far too soon on June 15, 2026 at the age of 41.

Shauna was born on February 24, 1985 in Kingston, Jamaica where she grew up bringing light and warmth into the lives of all who knew her from the very beginning. She grew into a woman defined by her compassion, intelligence, and unwavering dedication to her family.

Above all else, Shauna was a loving mother to her two children, Liam and Kendall, who were the center of her world. She embraced motherhood with boundless love, strength, and devotion, creating a home filled with laughter, comfort, and unwavering support. Her greatest joy was watching her children grow, learn, and discover the world around them.

She is survived by her children, Liam and Kendall; her husband, Marlon Hodge; her mother, Marcia Peart; her sister, Shenelle Peart; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

A service to honor and celebrate Shauna’s life will be held on July 25th, 10:00am at Charles W Smith & Sons Funeral, 601 S Tennessee St, McKinney, TX 75069. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to https://gofund.me/fefc8c694, in support of her children’s future.

Though her time with us was far too brief, Shauna’s love and legacy will live on in the lives of her children and all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
