Ronald Williams, Sr. of Sachse, Texas unexpectedly left this world to meet his Heavenly Father on September 7th, 2025. Words cannot express the loss that is felt by anyone that ever met him or knew him. Ron Williams was a loving husband to Karin E. Williams for 65 years. He was a Godly role model to his wife, son, grandchildren, family and friends. He will forever be known as a loving and giving man with a happy spirit for Jesus that will forever be missed by all that knew him. Ron Williams truly lived his life for Jesus and touched so many lives with kindness.
Ronald Williams Sr., born July 18th, 1939 - September 7th, 2025. He was 86 years old. Born in Dallas County and raised in Garland, TX.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles Thomas Williams, his mother Edna Mae Kemp; Siblings, Ethel Mae, James, Charles and Billy Wayne.
Survivors include his wife Karin Williams, his twin brother Don, his son Ronald Williams, Jr. and wife Melissa; grandchildren, Renee Farag and husband Mark Farag, Cody Williams, Carly Harris, Madison Clark and husband Matt Clark; great grandchildren Charlee Harris and Cash Harris; brother in law Horst Bee and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ron Williams joined the United States Army at the age of 18 and served from 1957 - 1960. He was awarded for service with the American Land Forces in the Middle East of Lebanon and Turkey in 1958. He also received an award by the United States Army for Honesty and Faithful Services of 1963.
Ron Williams was a faithful member of First United Methodist Church of Sachse, Texas for 26 years. He was a proud sponsor of the World Union Organization and St. Judes for many years. Ron Williams was also a lifetime member of the Garland Elks Lodge in Garland, Texas.
In 1976, Ron Williams started his own company, Plano Plumbing Supply and worked everyday for 49 years. His son, Ronnie and his trusted office manager Terri Perales helped run a successful business that has always been based on honesty and good integrity. Other employees include Danny Davis, Brandon Curtis, Albert Valencia and Jaz Harris.
Mr. Will, as most called him loved his horse races. He greatly enjoyed heading to the horse track every Saturday to visit with his buddies and watch the ponies. His racing forms were always close by. Mr. Will also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching Westerns.
Ronald Williams, AKA; Dad, Papaw, Tex or Mr. Will, will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at First United Methodist in Sachse, Texas.
