Robert Wesley Higgins, Sr., age 61 of Dallas, TX, passed away December 28, 2015 at his home. He was born on November 21, 1954 in Beaumont, TX to Bobby and Odessa (Perkins) Higgins. Robert worked in security in the banking industry.Robert is survived by his son, Robert Wesley Higgins, Jr.; father, Bobby Higgins; brother, Randy Higgins; sister Beverly Gray. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday, January 4, 2016 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Sachse with Pastor Jack Scmid officiating. Interment will follow at Sachse Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Sachse.
