Rita Joy (Dennis) Pittsinger, 91, of Sachse, Texas passed in peace on January 21, 2023, in Sachse, Texas. Rita was born in McKinney, Texas on September 8, 1931 to George & Irene (Cleveland) Dennis. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Thurman Pittsinger.
She is survived her son Keith Pittsinger and wife Cathey; son Stephen Pittsinger and wife Debra; daughter Vickie Helm and husband Kelly; seven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 5 - 7 pm followed by the funeral service Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home 2925 5th St., Sachse, Texas 75048.
