Phuong was born in Bien Hoa, Vietnam. She is a beloved wife, mother, and daughter and is an incredibly cherished and special woman.

Phuong is survived by her beloved husband, Huy, her daughter, Viana, her two sons, Hunter and Hayden, and her sisters My Hue Thi Tran and Family, My Linh Thi Tran and Family, and Du Chi Thi Tran.

Her life will be remembered by those who knew and loved her and her memory will remain in the hearts of family and friends forever.
