OBITUARY

Phoenexay “Noy” Fongvilay passed away peacefully on June 23, 2026, at Methodist Hospital of Dallas, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on October 27, 1977, in Vientiane, Laos, to Moung Chokbengboun and Boualay Fongvilay. She is preceeded in death by her father, Moung Chokbengboun, and her brother Abe Chokbengboun.

She is survived by her mother, Boualay Fongvilay, brothers, Aie and Doug Chokbengboun; nieces, Lynda Vann and Katy Chokbenboun; nephew Tony Chokbengboun; and great nephew Jesus Alvarado Jr., and her fur babies Marshmallow and Meeko.

Her legacy will live on through the memories shared, the values she instilled in us, and the love that she gave. We take solace in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her.
