Noel Wilson Harris, Jr.

Noel Wilson Harris Jr. passed from this life to his heavenly home on November 8, 2024. He was born in Olympia, WA on March 24, 1943, and moved to Texas in 1952. He considered himself a native Texan. Noel proudly served in the US Navy from 1961-1964. After returning home, he began a career as an apprentice carpenter. From there, he was promoted to carpenter, foreman and finally a superintendent for several commercial construction firms such as Hallman and Hallman, Bunce Corporation, and retired from Hill & Wilkinson as Vice President of Field Operations in 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Noel Sr. and Esther.

Noel is survived by his wife of 41 years, Gerry, brother Billy Harris and wife Janet, son Bryan Harris and daughters Angie Harris, Jamie Bramlett and husband Doug, and Samantha Allen. He was blessed by grandchildren Krystal Harris, Trystan Harris, Avery Bramlett, Jessica Harris, Madison Harris, Cole Bramlett, and Emma Kate Harris. He was a proud Papa of them all. He was well loved by all of his nieces.

Noel was a Christian and a member of LakePointe Church Firewheel Campus. Visitation will be held at 10:00 on November 18, 2024 with funeral service following at 11:00 at LakePointe Church Firewheel Campus. Burial will be at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery on November 19, 2024 at 2:00.
