Nannette Dunn was born on March 3, 1950, to her parents Carl and Bonnie Dunn. She passed away on April 20, 2026
Nan was born in Dallas, then moved to Corpus Christi, Charleston, SC, Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation, FL, and then back to Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Plantation High School in Plantation, Florida. She owned her own business – “Walnuts” Painting & Wallpapering.
Nan enjoyed camping, 4 wheeling, loved the beach, and the outdoors. Nan had a true love for her family. She was their true warrior. She would do anything for her family members. She especially loved her nephews. She would have sleepovers with her nephews, where they would drink coffee (mainly milk, sugar, and very little coffee) and play “King of the Mountain” (where you had to fight to stay on the bed). She would take them 4 wheeling in the field across the street from her house. Her go to meal that she would make was “chili and fritos”.
Nan was a true believer in Christ. She loved the Lord with all her heart.
Nan is preceded by her Father, Carl Glenn Dunn, Mother, Bonnie Ruth Grunewald Dunn; Nephew, Darin Scott Farris.
She is survived by her Brothers, Alan Dunn and David Dunn, Sister, Karen Farris; along with a niece and four nephews and a grandniece and two grandnephews.
