Michael Anthony Alberino

Michael Anthony Alberino, 62, of Wylie, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on November 16, 1963, in Plainfield, New Jersey, Michael built a life defined by devotion—to his family, his craft, and the things that brought him joy. For 35 years, he shared a loving marriage with his wife, Denise Alberino. Together, they raised three beautiful daughters: Angelina M. Alberino, Gessi E. Alberino, and Michelle A. Alberino, who were the pride and light of his life.

Michael is also survived by his brother, Ronald W. Alberino, Jr., and his sister, Donna Alberino, both of South Carolina.

A lifelong passion for automobiles shaped much of Michael’s life. He began working on cars at just 15 years old and dedicated 48 years to the profession he loved. As an ASE Master Technician, he earned the respect of colleagues and customers alike for his knowledge, skill, and integrity. Beyond his career, he found great joy in teaching his daughters how to work on cars, passing down both his expertise and his enthusiasm.

Michael’s interests extended far beyond the garage. He enjoyed remote control cars, video games, and treasured family trips to Disney World—especially the Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean rides. Among his prized possessions was his beloved 1970 Chevy El Camino, a reflection of his enduring love for classic cars.

A memorial service will be held on March 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Plano, 3160 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas 75074. The service will be lived streamed.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to assist in restoring Michael’s cherished 1970 Chevy El Camino, a tribute to the passion that defined so much of his life.
