Martin is preceded in death by wife, Maria D. Castillo, son Marcos Castillo, and granddaughter, Diana Salmeron.

He is survived by his children, Martha Ferra, Margarita Palacio, Martina Castillo, Martin Castillo, Jr., Maria Cordova, Marcella, Nano Castillo and Maribel Castillo. 40 Grandchildren, 87 Great-Grandchildren, 14 Great-Great Grandchildren.
