Marjorie Wingo

Marjorie "Mamaw" Wingo, 94, of Garland, Texas, passed away on February 28, 2018. She was born on September 16, 1923 in Nevada, Texas to Dan Stover Meade and Bertha Ellen(Pippin) Meade.She was a long timemember of First Baptist Church of Garland.Marjorie is survived by her loving family;daughters, Brenda (Billy) Merriman and Jean Rives; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.Visitationwill be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Chapel in Sachse, Texas. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 12:00 pm at the Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Chapel in Sachse, Texas with Reverand Paul Dorsey officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Dallas Area Parkinson's Society.
