Julie Ann Offutt

Julie Ann Offutt, 59, of Garland Texas, passed away March 20, 2026.

Julie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She found special joy in her role as a grandmother, and her grandchildren, Maddox and Autumn, were a meaningful part of her life.

She spent many years working in customer service, where she was known for her dedication and reliability. Most recently, she worked at Home Depot, where she was surrounded by supportive coworkers who became an important part of her daily life.

Julie is survived by her husband, Sean Offutt; her son, Joshua Offutt; her daughter in law, Michayla Offutt; her grandchildren, Maddox and Autumn Offutt; her mother Robbie Thierfelder; her brother Nick Thierfelder and wife Ruth Solorzano, her sister Sandra McCord and husband Kenneth McCord and Jill Mayer and husband Robert Mayer; as well as many loved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Thierfelder, best known as Buddy.

Julie’s life will be remembered by those who knew her, and her memory will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

A service to honor Julie’s life will be held at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home 2925 Fifth St., Sachse, Texas, at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
