Juanita Gonzales

It is with sad and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juanita Gonzales on Monday, May 5, 2025. Juanita was born on November 22, 1932, and is forever a blessing to those who had the honor to be part of her life.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Gloria Hernandez; husband, Reynaldo Gonzales; stepson, Eloy Flores, grandsons, Ruben Ray Torres and Robert Lee Torres; brothers, Tommy Hernandez, Benny Hernandez, Phillip Hernandez, Jr. and George Hernandez; sisters, Mary Hernandez and Susie Hernandez.

Juanita was survived by many loving family members: daughters, Rosemary Gonzales, and Nelda Torres; sons, Ray Gonzales and Tommy Gonzales and wife, Julie; stepson, Arnulfo F Gonzales; grandchildren, Alexia Gonzales, Thomas Gonzales, Angelica Torres and boyfriend, Anthony Osborne, Angela and husband Francisco Sanvicente, Alyssa Gonzales, Gilbert Torres, Deseray and husband, Matthew Smith, Amber Gonzales, Isaac Gonzales, Eduard Nanaeto, Savannah and wife, Gracyn Rodriguez; beloved grandcat, Rikki and grandpup, Whiskey “Twinkie”; 22 great-grandchildren and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Juanita was a loving, caring, and kind soul. She loved her family and friends dearly and enjoyed visiting with everyone on her front porch listening to music, eating, and just living the simple life. She touched so many lives and left loving memories to last a lifetime.
