Jose Luis Payan

It is with a sad and heavy heart that we announce the passing of Jose Luis Payan (Joe.) He passed away June 13, 2025. Joe was born July 29, 1962 to his parents Jose and Gabina Payan. He is forever a blessing to those who had the honor to be a part of his life.

Joe was a loving, caring and kind soul. He loved his family and friends dearly and enjoyed visiting with everyone at home, listening to music, eating and just living a simple life. He was loved dearly by the Cantu sisters, though he touched so many lives. He left a mark on everyone. He is really loved and will be dearly missed.

Joe is survived by many loving family members; his wife Gloria Payan, parents Jose and Gabina Payan, sisters Rosa Hudson and Ruby Vasquez, brother Armando Payan, children Joe Perez, Lorenzo Cantu, Ricky Cantu, Anyssa Lemer, Destiny Henderson, Linsey Cantu, Johnny Bazan and his 13 grandchildren.
