John Anthony Franco, lovingly known as Tony, passed away on October 17, 2026, at the age of 59.
Tony was a good man with a kind heart who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He never met a stranger and genuinely enjoyed meeting new people, learning about their lives, and making connections with those around him. His kindness, welcoming spirit, and willingness to help others were a reflection of the man he was and the love he carried in his heart.
Tony dedicated over 30 years of his career to Triumph Industries before continuing his professional journey at Amphenol FSI. Throughout his life, he valued the people he met and the relationships he built along the way.
His faith was an important part of his life, and he was deeply involved in his church, where he cherished his church family. His faith and the fellowship he shared with others were meaningful parts of who he was.
Tony found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved being outdoors and especially enjoyed sitting on his porch, looking out over the lake and taking in the peace of his surroundings. He also loved smoking meats for friends and family, bringing people together over good food and creating opportunities to share time with the people he loved.
Above all, Tony will be remembered for his generous heart, his love for others, and the way he made people feel welcome. He had a gift for connecting with people, and his willingness to help anyone who needed him was a testament to his character. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Tony leaves behind his beloved wife, Sandra Franco; his only child, Michael Franco; and his siblings, Rhonda Howard, Steven Franco, and Sheila Flatt, along with many beloved nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
Though his passing leaves a tremendous void in the lives of those who loved him, the memories he created, the kindness he shared, and the faith he held dear will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and church community.
'These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." — John 16:33 (KJV)
