Jimmy Don Miller

Jimmy Don Miller, beloved father, husband, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026, in McKinney, Texas. He was born November 23, 1955, in Wylie, Texas. Jimmy Don was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Roy Don and JoAnn Miller. 

Known for his generous spirit and unwavering kindness, Jimmy touched the lives of all who knew him. 

Left to cherish his memory are his sisters Sharon White (Burt) and Joyce Pruitt. Son Chris Yell, Johnny Miller, Joanna Watson (Jon Glasscock), Caylon Miller(Roane). Grandkids Travis Cole Miller, Makila Mi-Shy Watson, Jon Glasscock JR, Elizabeth Brooke Glasscock, Hayes Cooper Glasscock, Kutter Barrett Glasscock, and Gram Miller. 

In addition to his immediate family, Jimmy Don Miller is survived by a host of loved niece Tonya Huber, nephews; Chris Key, Wesley White, Nick Pruitt. Many cousins, and extended family members, each of them holds a special place in their hearts for Jimmy, and his memory will be forever treasured among them. 

Jimmy Don partnered with PaPa Miller in 1981 to run Roy Miller Auto Salvage, where he operated and loved what he did. He later went to work for KWIK Industry where he retired in 2019. 

He lived the rest of his life surrounded by friends and family, finding joy in their company and comfort in their unwavering support.
