Jason was preceded in death by his wife, Lesley Kennedy and son Dustin Dean, and survived by His children, Jason Kennedy Jr., Destiny Dean, Wes Forgey, and Katlin Kennedy, siblings, Leah Moss, Gary Don Kennedy, and Jeremy Edwards, grandchildren, Brooklyn Kennedy, Izabella and Noah Funderburk and also by his grandmother Joyce McGuffin.
