He is survived by his wife Kathleen Davis Burlew. He is also survived by 6 children, Cassandra, Anthony, Rachel, Russell, Benjamin and Lindsey and 15 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by daughter Melanie and parents Howard Eugene Burlew Sr. and Betty Mae (Brackeen) Burlew.
