Heston Ray Huffman

Heston Ray Huffman passed away peacefully November 7, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. He was born in Donie, Texas, and was 95 at the time of his death. A part of the greatest generation, Ray served in the Army Air Force in the European, African and Middle Eastern Theater during World War II. He worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for 42 years.Ray was preceded in death by: his second wife, Billie Harper Huffman; his first wife, Dorothy Winn Huffman; and by his son, Danny Ray Huffman. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Huffman Rutherford and husband Paul; two step-sons, Dr. Ronald Aslett and wife Susan of Metarie, LA and Reginald Aslett and wife Dee of Helotes, TX; his grandchildren Samuel Grafford of Dallas, Mark Huffman and wife Julie of Springfield, MO, Leah O’Neal and husband James of Clifton, TX, Shelley Townley and husband Nathan also of Clifton, Stuart Aslett of Helotes, TX; and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery in Teague, TX at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 11, 2017.
