Frances is survived by her parents, Raymond and Tammy Brill, son, Aaden, brothers; Raymond G Brill, IV, Glenn M Brill, sister, Becky Welch, nephew Robby Welch, maternal grandparents, Ruth Alice Manchester and Fred Manchester.
She is preceded in death by brother, Frederic Brill and brother-in-law, Lt Rob Welch and paternal grandparents, Helen Wendt and Raymond Brill II.
Memorial Service will be 1:00 P.M. Sunday September 4, 2011 at Charles W Smith and Sons Sachse Chapel, 2925 Fifth St. Sachse, Texas 75048.
