Evans Critz Calhoun

CALHOUN, Evans Critz, Colonel A.U.S.

Evans Critz Calhoun born September 26, 1932 in Memphis, TN, passed away on March 1, 2017 at the age of 84. Evans served in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. He enlisted May, 1953 and was commissioned June, 1954; graduated Airborne school July, 1954. Served 2 years in Ansbach, Germany. Retired from U.S. Army Reserve July, 1984.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother and wife, Helen, of 52 years. He is survived by sons Mark C. Calhoun and wife Susan; Michael C. Calhoun and wife Karen; Charles C. Calhoun; sister Patsy A. Winkler.

Rosary at 7:15 p.m., Thursday, March 9, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Funeral Mass on Friday, March 10, 1:30, St. Joseph Catholic Church—600 S. Jupiter Road, Richardson, TX. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Columbarium.
