Ernesto Lopez

Ernesto Lopez, age 60 of McKinney, TX, passed away on June 24, 2017 in McKinney. He was born on August 4, 1956 in Taft, TX. Ernesto was a sports enthusiast, and he enjoyed going fishing. He was a loving brother and father, and his memory will live on forever through the shared stories and laughter of his family and friends.

Ernesto is survived by his son, Kevin Cancino and wife, LaQuesha; daughter, Erica Cancino and husband, Michael Oates; step-daughter, Margaret Cancino and husband, Doria; brothers, Leo Diaz, Robert Diaz, and Leonard Medina; sisters, Janie Mireles and Melinda Diaz; ten grandchildren, Josiyah, Leslie, Christian, Bethany, Anyssia, Sarentiy, Christian, Billy Jo, Gary, and Jeremiah; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Estella (Serna) Diaz, and one brother, Johnny Joe Diaz.
