Dominick Cannizzaro, age 55 passed away from a lengthy illness on July 14th, 2016.
He was born in Long Island, NY on July 8th, 1961 to Paula and Dominick Cannizzaro (deceased).
He is survived by his son Dominick Anthony Cannizzaro, his mother Paula Cannizzaro, sister Annmarie Cannizaro, Joe Cannizzaro, Brother and his wife Beverly and daughter Nicole.
