Cytrina Dianne Bowen

September 19, 1950 — December 16, 2025

Sachse

It is with deep love and sorrow that we share the passing of Cytrina (Trina) Dianne Bowen, who left us on December 16, 2025, in Sachse, Texas, at the age of 75.Trina lived a life marked by resilience, grace, and devotion.

Born on September 19, 1950, in Nacogdoches, Texas. Trina grew up with a quick wit, a generous spirit, and a drive to do things well. She graduated with honors from Kermit High School, as a proud member of the National Honor Society. Those early achievements blossomed into a professional journey as a mortgage underwriter that was marked by diligence and care. Her career could never outshine her greatest joy of raising two children (three if you count Lou), whom she cherished deeply with unwavering love.

Her life was rich with experiences, including travels across the globe (even if she didn't always get to choose the destination) greeting each new place with curiosity and grit. She was a proud member of the 101st Airborne Bravo Company Wives Club, she treasured the camaraderie of the broader Currahee community and the bonds forged in shared service and support. Beyond her commitments, Trina found joy in her passions: collecting antique James Avery jewelry, hunting for the perfect gifts, and expressing her vibrant spirit as an avid fashionista. She delighted in making others feel seen and celebrated—never missing a chance to mark a milestone, lend a listening ear, or brighten a room with her signature style.

She is lovingly survived by her devoted spouse, two daughters, four grandchildren, and five siblings. Trina is finally reunited with her parents and two siblings, whose memories she carried tenderly throughout her years. Waiting for everyone to have a big family dinner with all the fixin's.

Trina’s legacy is simple and profound: love your people, show up with style, and always look for the good deal—on a bracelet, a plane ticket, or a second chance.

With Gratitude

The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to all relatives, dear friends, and Currahee veterans for the joys, laughter, and love you shared with Trina across her time. Your presence in her story was a blessing she never took for granted.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
