Cristian Anastasio Martinez

Mar 18, 2001 — Aug 3, 2026

McKinney, Texas

Cristian A. Martinez passed away, leaving behind a legacy of deep love, curiosity, and an unshakable bond with everyone he held dear.

Born in Dallas, Texas, on March 18, 2001, Cristian later moved north and was raised in Findlay, Ohio, where his bright personality and caring nature made him a beloved part of the lives of so many.

Growing up in Findlay, Cristian was surrounded by a large, close-knit circle of friends. He truly lived for those shared moments, bringing joy, laughter, and an open heart to every friendship he formed. He was known as a deeply caring, loving, and thoughtful person who always looked out for the people around him.

An enthusiastic athlete and sports fan, Cristian had a passion for competition. He loved running track, playing football, and closely following UFC fights. Beyond sports, Cristian had a profound curiosity about the universe. He spent countless hours learning about outer space and marvelling at the planets through his telescope, always looking up at the stars with wonder.

Above all, Cristian poured his entire heart into his family. He loved his dog, Bane, with all his soul. He is survived by his devoted mother, Rachel Lopez; his brother, Jacob Lopez; and his sister, Alexis Garza. Cristian’s memory will forever be cherished by his family, his lifelong friends, and all whose lives he touched with his generous spirit.

Words of Comfort

Though his absence leaves a profound emptiness in our hearts, we find comfort in knowing that Cristian is now resting peacefully, exploring the infinite stars he so loved to watch. May his warmth continue to guide us and may the memories of his laughter bring comfort to all who grieve.

Until we meet again, he will remain forever loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
