Charles Ronald Mills

Charles "Ron" Mills, Sr. age 67, of Garland, Texas, passed away March 31, 2014 in Garland, Texas. He was born September 17, 1946 in Hampton, Virginia to Samuel Arthur and Theadora Mary Watkins Mills. Ron was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Mills; two daughters, Monica Wilbanks and Tricia Mills and her husband, Bryon; son, Charles Mills, Jr. and his wife, Gayla; and six grandchildren.
