Age 82 passed from this life in Athens, Texas. She was born in Dallas County, Texas to Alfred and Ruth Brown Adair.
She was a longtime resident in the Pleasant Valley area. Carla enjoyed collecting and trading in antiques. She was loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories, two sons; Steve McClaine and wife Diane and Stan McClain and wife Laura, grandchildren; Bryan and Amanda great grandchildren Cody and Jake McClain and brother-in-law Jack.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday December 13, 2011 at Charles W Smith and Sons Sachse Chapel, 2925 Fifth St., Sachse, Texas 75048, 972-414-5050. Reverend Charles Cooper will officiate the service.
Private burial will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
