Baldemar Sanchez

Baldemar Sanchez, 83, of Wylie, Texas, passed away July 18, 2014. He was born in Beeville, Texas on July 31, 1930 to Inez and Minerva Sanchez. He spent most of his life in Lubbock, Texas, but died in Wylie, Texas. Those left to cherish his memory are his four children, Christina Smith, Ben (Jenny) Sanchez, David (Helen) Sanchez and Alexandria (Derek) Monk; his brothers, Eliu, Eli and Lee Sanchez; his sisters, Enriqueta Berlanga, Naomi May, Irma Brown and Minerva Cardenas; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Penny Sanchez, Jr. Sanchez, Charles Sanchez, Elizma Sanchez and Laurita Ortega. Special thanks to Enriqueta, Patsy Garcia and Susan Rainer for being there for Dad & Mom. A memorial service will be held to celebrate the lives of Penny and Baldemar Sanchez on Saturday, August 16, 2014, at 4:00 P.M. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 2925 5th Street Sachse, Texas 75048.
